To get that fabulous fit look, she has turned to healthier yet nutritious lifestyle diet plan along with gym workouts eventhough she doesn’t like to go gym. Here’s Parineeti’s diet plan.

Breakfast

Two egg whites with pepper toppings
A glass of sugar-free skimmed milk
2 slices of brown bread with peanut butter
Poha or oats meal (occasionaly)

Mid-meal

Green tea or citrus fruit juices

Lunch

Mixed vegetable dal and 2 rotis
A low-fat grilled chicken
A small cup of brown rice (occasionally)
Steamed green veggies
A small cup of curd

Evening

Green tea
Baked Chats (very little and occasionaly)

Pre-Dinner

An hour before the dinner she likes to have a bowl of hot soup.

Dinner

Parineeti likes to end the day with low-fat foods for dinner. So she serves herself with a glass of sugar-free skimmed milk or sometimes she loves to have a chocalate milk shake. She is so focused on her weight loss plan and plans to finish off her dinner two hours before she gets to bed.
