After a huge magnitude of 8.1 earthquake stuck Indonesia, the world is braced for tsunami.
The US Geological Survey said that and earthquake which is powerful and shallow struck off the west coast of the island of Sumatra.
As of now, there were no damages or casualties reported. The epicentre was 502 miles southwest of Padang.
Following the earthquake a warning of tsunami has been issued. However, Indian officials have said there is no danger to Indian territory due to this earthquake.
The watch centre in Hyderabad is closely monitoring the follow-ups of this terrible earthquake.
It is said that the earthquake was under the sea about 10 kilometres deep.
