Children Missing in the Country: Supreme Court posted the case to April 15

The children have been vanishing in the country for the past few years. The case regarding this came for enquiry in the bench comprise the chief Justice of Supreme Court Altamas Kabir yesterday. The Supreme Court accepted the explanation of State Government Advocate for the absence Chief Secretary of Tamil Nadu in the last examination held on 5th day of this month. And warned that in case of absence of Chief Secretary of any state, warrant will be provided in such a way that they couldnot escape in Jamin.

The chief Secretary of Tamil Nadu, Sheela Balakrishnan appeared before the Supreme Court bench yesterday. There are about 1 lakh and 70 thousand children disappeared from 2008 to 2010 in the country. A Charity organization filed this case to find out the lost children. The court sent notice to the State and central Government asking for explanation in this issue.
