Cooked rice – 2 Cups

Curd – 1 Cup

Milk – 1/2 Cup

Salt – As required`

Grapes – 10-15 nos [Half chopped]

Cherry – 2-3 nos

Pomegranate – 15-20 nos

Coriander leaves – 1 (chopped)

Mustard seeds – 1 tsp

Oil – 1 tsp

Green or Red Chillies – 2 (sliced)

Carrot and Cucumber – 10-15 pieces [chopped]

Curry leaves or Coriander leaves – few [chopped]

10 Steps to Prepare Fruit Curd Rice Recipe

#1: Mix curd and milk together.

#2: Add all vegetables and fruits in the curd milk bowl.

#3: Add salt as per your taste.

#4: Add boiled rice to the curd bowl.

#5: Heat the pan, pour 1 tsp oil, add mustard, chillies, curry leaves and mix well.

#6: Add it to the curd rice bowl and mix altogether.
