India won by 109 runs; India V Bangladesh- Quarter finals

India won by 109 runs in today’s second Quarterfinals in the ICC World Cup 2015 between India and Bangladesh.
Earlier India won the toss and elected to bat. Raina palyed well with Rohit.

They partnered for 122 runs and boosted the Indian score to 237 at 43.5 overs. At this stage Raina got 65 and went out.

Rohit hit a century in today’s match. He also went out for 137 runs. Captain MS Dhoni went with 6 runs. Jadeja came at the end and played well scoring 23 runs in 10 balls.

With this India scored 302 at the end of 50 overs.

With a 303 target Bangladesh started their innings. Nasir Hossain has scored 35 runs, the highest scorer for Bangladesh. Sabbir Rahman scored 30 runs.

Indian bowlers Umesh Yadav took 4 wickets, Mohammed shami and Jadeja each took 2 wickets and Mohit Sharma took 1 wicket

Rohit is awarded with the man-of-the-match award.
